Located in a peaceful area close to Phoenix United mall, this hotel is reasonably priced with good clean, comfortable rooms. the staff is responsive and caring, and the food in the restaurant is good, especially in the morning. the hotel lies on the outskirts of the city and has a quiet environment.

There seem to be some basic maintenance issues, such as poor air conditioning in one wing and weak WiFi.
